Casa di Pietra is located in Garfagnana, a historic region of Italy in the province of Lucca and in the Serchio river valley, amidst a landscape of unspoiled nature reserves and countless medieval villages between the Apuan and Apennine Alps.
The property consists of a house of 450 square meters in half a hectare of forest and garden with a beautiful panoramic view.
Its convenient location, close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, a vibrant fortified medieval town, makes your stay comfortable by providing all the services you may need during your vacation.

Casa di Pietra is an independent house spread over 3 floors, divided into 4 apartments but rented as a single unit, allowing plenty of privacy between guests.
Casa di Pietra offers enough space for 14 people.
Each apartment has been beautifully decorated, with exposed wooden floors and beams that add a rustic Tuscan touch to the vacation home.
The two floors on the ground floor are connected by a door, and the two upper floors are linked by a staircase.
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms with fireplaces and an outside terrace with beautiful views.
The first and second floors are accessed through an entrance at the top of the garden. There you will find 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a comfortable living room and a balcony with a lounge area where you can share sunsets.
From the large garden you can appreciate the beauty of the valley, enjoy the pool (12×6 m) and the barbecue.
Guests have access to Wi-Fi and private parking on the property.
Pets are welcome; the property is completely fenced.
